We currently only take PayPal on this website however, we also have an Etsy Shop which takes all card payments and is available on the following link.
Can I add to an existing order?
Unfortunately, our system cannot accomodate order additions once the order has been confirmed. You would need to create an additional order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Should you wish to change your delivery address, please email us quoting your order number. We would be able to alter the address if the item has not been despatched and will advise you accordingly.
I ordered a number of items and a few are missing?
In most cases we will despatch multiple items together.
What happens if I'm not home when the parcel is delivered?
The Royal Mail will usually leave you a card stating where the parcel has been left. It can usually be your local sorting office. Remember you can add special delivery instructions on your order.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver free of charge to the UK and Channel Islands. Should you wish to have goods delivered overseas then please contact us for delivery costs.
Can I deliver to more than one address?
Unfortunately we can only deliver to one address. Please create separate orders for each destination address.
Can I send a gift directly to a recipient?
You can add the recipients address into the delivery address field. There would be a delivery note enclosed which included your name and address and the delivery address, however this does not show the price(s).
How do I return an item?
Goods can be returned, however they need to be returned at the cost of the purchaser and once received back we will then arrange a full refund.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order up to 1 hour after placing it. Please phone us quoting your order number.
